How Flight Packs Work

Simple, considered, unhurried.

We Select the Casks

Our team visits distilleries across Scotland, tasting from barrels still sleeping in the warehouse. We select only those casks that are ready — that have developed genuine character and complexity.

We Bottle at Source

Each whisky is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or colouring. The three 200ml bottles are presented in a handsome box with tasting notes and distillery information.

You Taste & Discover

Tasting Notes — Highland Park 12

A preview of what awaits in The Highland Passage.

Nose

Sea air and heather honey. A thread of smoke from the Orkney peat — not aggressive, but unmistakably present. Sweet vanilla and warm bread beneath, with a distant whisper of orange rind.

Palate

Rich and rounded with malt sweetness up front. The smoke builds gradually — woody, peaty, like a hearth rather than a bonfire. Dark dried fruit appears mid-palate, alongside nutmeg and a touch of dark chocolate.

Finish

Long, warming, maritime. The peat lingers with surprising elegance, never overwhelming the sweetness beneath. A finish that rewards patience — keep the glass in your hand.
